Basler Orthopedic offers you a large selection of accessories for compression stockings, which make it easier for you to put on compression stockings in everyday life. In our range you will find practical dressing aids such as rubber gloves, sliding aids, so-called Sim Slides or Magnide and also special frames. All these helpers ensure that the material of the compression stockings can be moved more easily on the skin. The reduced resistance requires less effort, making it easier to put on the compression garment.

For Custom Stockings and Ready-Made Stockings
Rubber gloves are one of the most important aids when putting on and taking off any kind of support stockings. They are generally recommended and improve the grip on the smooth material. This makes it easier to grip the stockings and they are also handled more gently. Donning aids such as Sim Slides or Magnide are first slipped over the foot and pulled out using a strap after the compression stockings have been put on. Sim Slides are used as a donning aid for stockings with an open toe, while Magnide can also be used with a closed toe. A magnetic clasp opens when the tab is pressed, and the Magnide can be effortlessly removed.
